It is the most visited vacation resort in the world, with an attendance of over 52 million annually. Delightful Douro River Cruise

My husband and I had a delightful Douro River cruise in Portugal and Spain. Thanks to Sam's sterling organizational skills, we were able to enjoy a worry free holiday. Since we arrived a day early, Sam suggested a hotel in the main square of Porto (our starting point), and close to the Douro River and its wide walking boulevard.
